This group is inclusive and very friendly. Despite his limitations (including no speech) he is welcomed and catered for in every possible way. He is very enthusiastic when he is coming he particularly enjoys the physical activities and clearly regards everyone as a friend. Mary parent of young person

It gives the young adults a safe and friendly environment where they can be themselves  and meet new people on their own terms, for once it’s their rules 😉

Before joining spring into Phab I did not have much of a social life I did  not go out that much. Since joining spring into Phab in November  2016 I have  built a  strong  friend ship with new friends  that I spend time with the group in session and  outside  the group I would highly recommend  that new members  join

About Us

Spring into Phab is a multi-activity group run by people who have a learning disability, who want to be able to make a difference in the community.

This group was set up by eight volunteers in October 2015, after their youth club was closed down. The group undertook training in business and committee skills so that they understood the roles and responsibilities of running a group. All of the committee members have specific roles and responsibilities, from marketing to finance.

The committee comprises of six members, plus a phab representative from the national charity to who we affiliate to. the group is for children and young adults aged eleven to thirty. The committee is made up of young adults with learning disabilities.
